SURVEYING SERVICES:
For your refurbishments, or new built environments, in association with structural engineers and land surveyors, producing scaled drawings and reports, we will provide all necessary information required for planning and construction phases. We also propose surveying services for your peace of mind prior to the purchase of a new property or during its construction.
Our pre-purchase survey reports include: - The area of the inspected building - Information on the general structure of the building - Information on the building elements such as the walls, the roofs, the floors, the stairs, the insulation, the windows, the doors, the plumbing and heating system, drains, electrical and more... - We carry out a damp survey - We assess the potential risks of flooding - We assess the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
