PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
For your large and smaller projects, we will help you through the tendering process, advising for the appointment of consultants, engineers, contractors and sub-contractors; scheduling and phasing the development as well as synchronising the design and construction with all the teams involved.
Our management services will lead you from the first sketches of your projects to the final built. We design; we organize planning permissions and other statutory obligations such as compliance with the building regulations as well as fire safety and disability access certificates. We organize tenders and contracts. We oversee the construction and act as a mediator between clients and contractors.
