CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT:
For your small and medium size projects issued from a design produced by our practice, we supervise and manage construction in collaboration with experienced, registered, insured builders and tradesmen. Each of them is specialized to offer a wide range of services, bringing together generations of traditional skills with the latest technologies available.
Our construction management services will allow you to choose between paying separately each trades involved with the construction of your project, or paying only one general contractor. We can recommend some of the companies with whom we have been working. You can make the appointment of some trades within your friends and relations as long as they are competent and experienced. We will supervise and synchronise the construction process for all the trades to work in harmony. We also prepare and supervise the contracts and methods of payments as to facilitate your task and protect your interests.
