CK Architecture was created in January 2001. We provide services such as design, survey, planning and project management. We also provide services as assigned certifiers in compliance with the Building Control Regulations 2014.

The team includes qualified, registered and chartered professionals in the fields of architecture, engineering and surveying, who contribute to provide quality services focused on efficiency within a wide range of building types. We are committed to deliver modern and reliable solutions through the design, planning and construction process. Our office was recently relocated from Palmerstown Village, Dublin 20, to JFK Industrial Estate, Dublin 12.

The practice is registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. Members of the practice are also registered with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), previously known as Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors (IAAS). We are insured to provide full architectural services as well as surveying, e ngineering and management services. The practice is covered by a Professional Indemnity Insurance with a limit of €1,000,000 (excluding USA & Canada). For clarification, the practice is not registered with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, as RIAI registration is not a legal obligation to offer architectural services.

Our clients include businesses, individuals and families for whom we offer surveying, architectural design, engineering and projects management services for new buildings, extensions and refurbishments. We provide services working with general building contractors or sometimes acting as construction managers. We have a flexible approach and we also provide services for self-build projects.
